Hello, world
This is the first post on my new blog. After years of thinking about starting one, I finally decided the best time was simply now — no perfect design, no grand plan, just a place to write.
Why a blog?
A personal blog is one of the few places on the internet that is entirely yours. No algorithm decides who sees it, no character limit shapes what you say, and nobody can take it away. Here's what I hope to get out of it:
- Think more clearly. Writing forces you to finish your thoughts.
- Keep a record. Future me will appreciate the paper trail.
- Connect. The best conversations I've had online started with a blog post.
What to expect
I'll write about the things I'm learning, building, and thinking about — mostly technology and design, occasionally whatever else catches my attention. Some posts will be short notes, others longer essays. Quality over quantity, but consistency over perfection.
The web is better when more people write on it. This is my small contribution.
